Scheurer Primary Care-Bad Axea part of Scheurer Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register each patient
• Room placement
• Verify insurance coverage
• Collect co-pays
• Data entry in an electronic medical record
• Prep patients, and provide assistant to the physician during patient care
• Remarkable customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing from the State of Michigan
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current Certification required or willingness to obtain within first three months of employment
• The candidate will have a minimum of two years practical experience in a medical office
