CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. on parts

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Perform manual machining on parts

Must be able to use handheld gages to check parts

Manual grinding of parts

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a reliable and hardworking employee.

Open mind to learning to operate CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

Good communication abilities

Must be able to stand and walk on concrete flooring for 8-10 hours per day

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Available to work: overnight
