Route Service & Sales Technician - $22/hr

Job Summary: Following completion of training, the Route Service and Sales Technician will operate various assigned routes to service existing Auto-Chlor customers. Responsibilities include restocking customer products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment, collecting payments, and promoting additional cleaning and disinfecting solutions. The position includes the use of a company-provided vehicle and phone, along with ongoing, hands-on training to support professional growth and success in the role.

• Pay: $22/hour + guaranteed overtime + on-call compensation

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Mindset: You’re comfortable talking to people and motivated to upsell products that benefit our customers
• Mechanical Aptitude: Prior hands-on or mechanical experience is helpful—but not required if you’re eager to learn
• Self-Starter: You take ownership of your role and work independently
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation every 7–8 weeks
