We’re looking for a Warehouse Apparel Auditor who will play a key role in upholding our operational excellence and ensuring every team member is equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and evaluate warehouse processes to ensure alignment with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Track and report findings, providing detailed feedback on discrepancies or non-compliance
• Partner with warehouse staff and leadership to correct deviations and ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain and revise SOPs, ensuring all operational tasks are clearly documented, accurate, and up-to-date
• Identify procedural gaps or undocumented workflow improvements and work cross-functionally to address them
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of warehouse tasks and ensure others are trained to that standard
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Assist with associate training, process documentation, and quality assurance efforts

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience (apparel experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to interpret and apply SOPs consistently
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback and coaching peers
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, or warehouse management systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
