Staff Accountant – Residential Construction

We’re teamed up with a well-established residential construction company with stable, ongoing projects that's looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. A solid experience with payroll and AP/AR, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll (weekly/bi-weekly)

• 
  

  Manage accounts payable and receivable

• 
  

  Assist with job costing and expense tracking

• 
  

  Maintain accurate financial records

• 
  

  Support general accounting and admin tasks

Qualifications:

• 3 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• 
  

  Hands-on payroll and AP/AR knowledge

• 
  

  Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)

• 
  

  Construction industry experience 

• Degree preferred but not required
