Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to launch your accounting career with a stable, growing company? 💼 We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Main Office in Bellmawr, NJ!

💡 What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Accounting Team by:

• 📥 Processing and following up on high-volume invoices

• 🧾 Ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time

• 📞 Communicating with vendors and internal teams

• 🧮 Keeping everything running smoothly and on deadline

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• 📚 At least 1 year of A/P, A/R, Billing or Administrative experience

• 💻 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

• ➕ Strong math skills

• ⏱ Ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr
