We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team! This opportunity is great for full-time individuals who are looking to work for a company that values growth and professional development.
Lead Customer Service Pay:
Competitive starting rate of $16-$18/hour
Raise opportunities through additional training
Paid training starts at $16/hour
Additional hourly pay for events, adding shifts and more
Lead Customer Service Requirements:
Customer service experience
Ability to use tablets, smart phones and desktop computers.
Ability to learn scheduling software
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch and or sit for up to 6 hours.
Ability to lead others
Handling the day-to-day operations of the front desk team
Must have great communication skills
Mornings and weekends required
Enjoy working with children from ages 3 months-13yrs+
What to Expect:
High energy and upbeat atmosphere filled with excited (and some not so excited) swimmers.
Additional front desk responsibilities to ensure readiness for the day-to-day operations
Guiding and motivating a team of employees to achieve goals, overseeing their daily work and providing support.
In addition to taking class attendance, you will be celebrating big accomplishments from our swimmers when they level up or complete a skill.
Being a hero problem solver for our families and students when it comes to scheduling.
Assisting new families with finding the classes that work best for them!

A Lead Customer Service Team Member can handle responsibilities to make the front desk run smoothly! Also providing customer support in person, as well as over the phone, assisting them with various questions regarding PRO Swim Academy's programs, classes and registration. A Lead Customer Service Team Member has clear communication skills and is willing to do whatever it takes to make our customer’s time memorable.
