What You'll Do as a Tax Project Manager:
• Oversee federal R&D tax credit claims, ensuring compliance and maximizing eligible credits
• As a Tax Project Manager, you'll research domestic and international tax law changes, advising on compliance risks and planning opportunities
• Support quarterly and annual income tax provisions and related SEC reporting in line with ASC 740 standards
• The Tax Project Manager will coordinate with non-tax functions, external auditors, and advisors to deliver accurate reporting and documentation
• Manage IRS audits and tax controversies to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance
• As a Tax Project Manager, you'll lead preparation and review of U.S. international tax returns, identifying transactions that impact overall tax position
• Evaluate and implement tax strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in corporate income tax with exposure to federal and/or international tax matters
• Experience preparing R&D tax credit claims and interpreting complex tax regulations preferred
• The Tax Project Manager must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and learn new areas quickly
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
