• The Accounts Payable Specialist will be reporting to the Accounting Manager who is a proven leader and mentor.

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Data entry of invoices in Accounts Payable system, up to 50 per day
• Verify purchase order and backup documents for invoice payment
• Print and file invoices and backup documentation
• Reconcile statements to verify all invoices have been received
• Assist with account reconciliations; research and resolve invoice discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
• Understanding of the Accounts Payable process
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service mindset
• Self-starter, takes initiative
