About the Role

Join a fast-growing global organization with operations in over 100 countries. This role is part of a centralized Shared Services team undergoing major transformation, including ERP consolidation and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 AP professionals.
• Maintain a clean AP queue and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Collaborate with GL and Purchasing teams on accruals, coding issues, and PO tracking.
• Support ERP integration and process standardization.
• Monitor invoice flow using NetSuite and OCR tools.
• Approve timesheets (UKG) and manage expense reports (Concur).

What You Bring

• 5+ years of AP experience, 2+ in leadership.
• Strong operational finance knowledge and experience with accruals.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, Excel, and UKG.
• Experience in a global or shared services environment is a plus.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000
