Career Strategies is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for full-time opportunities with apartment communities throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul!

Job Overview:

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and inspections at residential properties.

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.

• Complete work orders efficiently and communicate with property staff.

• Ensure the community is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous apartment, facilities, or building maintenance experience.

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Own basic tools and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay & Benefits:

• $27–30 per hour, depending on experience.

• Weekly pay.
