Essential Functions

1. Lead, motivate, and support multiple crews prioritizing work.
2. Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
3. Reviews DOT, OSHA, and company safety guidelines. Conducts all safety meetings.
4. Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
5. Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
6. Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
7. Tracks inventory.
8. Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including Field Worker discipline and documentation.
9. Approve Field Workers’ timesheets for payroll by deadline.
10. Responsible for all customer relations.
11. Implementing, training, and managing software applicable to customer relations.
12. Ensures workspaces are clean and organized.

Supervisory Responsibility
The position directly supervises a maximum of 8 employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, scheduling, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of temperature conditions at job sites. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Sunday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., 48 hours per week but we do offer some flexibility. During peak season weekend work will be required as job duties demand with overtime options.
