Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist
Location: Nicholasville, KY
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our overnight pharmacy team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing, while providing excellent support to patients and healthcare professionals.
Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $125K – $130K DOE
• Monthly Bonus: $500 – $1200 based on individual + company performance
(Most pharmacists are earning the max bonus regularly)
• Additional Pay:
– $50/hr for night shifts
– $60/hr for Saturdays
• Sign-On Bonus: $5K – $10K, paid out after 90–120 days
• Exempt role with built-in extra compensation for nights/weekends
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy
• Oversee pharmacy techs and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide medication counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory control
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
• Current and active Pharmacist license (required)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Hospital or long-term care experience is a plus
