Parts Sales and Inventory manager

Key Responsibilities  FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME AVAILABLE

• Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

• Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to maintain optimal inventory

  • Receive, label, and organize incoming parts

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy

• Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work with service departments to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing and returns

  • Oversee special orders and warranty claims

️ Required Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic understanding of automotive or machinery parts

• Ability to lift and move parts 

Typical Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles prefer a degree in business or logistics)

• 1-2  years of experience in parts sales or inventory management is a plus

Work Environment

• Mix of office work and hands-on inventory handling
