Job Description
Key Responsibilities FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME AVAILABLE
Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to maintain optimal inventory
Receive, label, and organize incoming parts
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Coordination & Collaboration
Work with service departments to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing and returns
Oversee special orders and warranty claims
️ Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of automotive or machinery parts
Ability to lift and move parts
Typical Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles prefer a degree in business or logistics)
1-2 years of experience in parts sales or inventory management is a plus
Work Environment
Mix of office work and hands-on inventory handling
