What You’ll Do:

✔️ Complete work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance

✔️ Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
✔️ Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, repairs, touch-ups)
✔️ Maintain the property’s curb appeal and common areas
✔️ Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and care

✔️ Performing Repairs: Fixing plumbing issues (leaks, clogs), electrical problems (light fixtures, outlets), appliance malfunctions, and general building maintenance.

✔️Maintaining Common Areas: Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.

✔️Grounds Keeping: Landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal (depending on the property and season).

✔️Inventory Management: Tracking and maintaining necessary parts and supplies for repairs.

✔️Collaboration: Working with property managers, other maintenance staff, and potentially external contractors.

✔️Following Safety Protocols: Ensuring all work is performed safely and following regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with hands-on work (retail stock, warehouse, construction, groundskeeping facilities — all a plus!)
✅ Basic maintenance or repair skills
✅ Strong work ethic and reliability
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
