CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating and setting up Haas and/or Fadal CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate CNC machines (Haas and/or Fadal) to produce high-precision components.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

· Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.

· Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet specifications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machining processes or equipment as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of production and quality checks.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and productivity.

Requirements:

· Proven experience operating and setting up CNC machines, specifically Haas and/or Fadal.

· Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals.

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measurement tools.

· High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

· Basic math and computer skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
