Operations Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Operations Auditor to support operational excellence through daily audits, verifications, and process checks across our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with standard work processes, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct daily audits of critical operational processes, including but not limited to:
-Leader Standard Work (LSW)
-Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
-5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
-Packaging processes and labeling
-Hourly boards and visual management tools
-Safety and quality standards
-Documentation and paperwork spot checks
-Ensure all manufacturing teams are following documented procedures and best practices.
-Validate that hourly production boards are up to date and accurately reflect key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Monitor compliance with safety protocols and perform follow-ups on reported safety concerns.
-Review quality checkpoints and escalate non-conformances as needed.
Qualifications
-Factory experience in a manufacturing facility.
-Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly line processes
-Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
-Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
