Location: Rogers, MN

Hours and wages:

• 2nd shift 3 pm - 11 pm Monday - Friday / $23-$29/hr -Depending on experience
• 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am Monday - Friday / $24-$31/hr - Depending on experience

Duties of the maintenance technician:

• Ensure machinery operates correctly
• Troubleshoot using schematics and wiring diagrams
• Replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on repairs
• Prioritize repairs and maintain detailed reports in the maintenance log
• Ensure tools are stored properly and in good working order
• Fabricate parts using various equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, grinders, etc.

Requirements of the maintenance technician:

• Electrical experience is required
• Strong attendance record
• Good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year + of maintenance experience is advantageous
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
