Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

An established hospital in New Jersey is currently seeking an OB/GYN to join their team on a locum basis. This flexible opportunity includes rotating call coverage with weekday and weekend shifts.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Rotating call shifts
• Schedule: 3 to 4 shifts per month
• Hours: Varying shifts - 8a-5p, 8a-8a, 5p-8a, weekends included
• Setting: Inpatient
• On-Call: Yes, during assigned shift only

Responsibilities:
The OB/GYN will be responsible for:

• Managing labor and delivery
• Handling emergent OB/GYN cases
• Conducting inpatient consultations
• Performing OB/GYN-related procedures
• Documenting care in EMR

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of OB/GYN experience
• MD or DO degree
• Active NJ medical license, CDS, and DEA
• Proficiency in inpatient OB/GYN care
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
