PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH THERAPIST-OTR/COTA

Once Upon A Time Home Health is currently seeking Full-time, Part-time and PRN OTR’s & COTA’s to work in the Pediatric Home Health environment. Therapist will work in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Experience in Home Health is preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus, Caseloads are immediately available. Requirements:

· Possess a current Therapy license in the State of Texas appropriate for the discipline you are applying for (COTA or OTR)

· CPR certification

· Valid driver’s license

· Auto liability insurance

· Clear background check

· Reliable transportation

· Meet I9 qualifications (approved to work in the USA)

Once Upon A Time currently uses KanTime (EMR) for all documentation purposes.
