The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team is rapidly growing, entering new markets and adding innovative new features to our products. Join the Apple Pay Wallet and Payments Operations team, working within our organization to understand, develop and improve processes to create excellent experiences for our Apple Card and Apple Cash customers. You'll help define our future vision, build operational capabilities, and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, Retail, AppleCare, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, curious, loves solving complex problems, has strong interpersonal skills, and can collaborate internally and externally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Description
- Partner with external teams to align priorities, deliver projects, and drive operational metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, contact rate, costs, quality).
- Engage with internal teams across product, engineering, finance, operations, and strategy to assess, influence, and deliver on product roadmap.
- Define support strategy and experience for new features, enhancements, and policies.
- Develop servicing location and automation strategies to help customers efficiently.
- Triage, root cause, and solve issues quickly, providing updates to relevant teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced presenter, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and large audiences.
- Ability to contribute positively in a high-paced, fast-changing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and deliver results in new areas.
- Proactive in shaping stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, retail banking, servicing operations, and vendor management.
- Experience working in contact centers.
- Proficiency with Apple tools like Keynote and Numbers for presentations and analytics.
Apple offers a competitive total compensation package, including base pay ranging from $146,300 to $291,400, dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
