Training Support Center Site Lead
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you will leverage advanced knowledge and experience with the Marine Corps warfighting functions, and apply expertise with applicable doctrine, offi cia l messages, orders, and directives that outline Marine Corps training requirements, potential threats and enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) through vetted sources, layering and sequencing of training and readiness standards, and emerging concepts from the Regiment al and Group to Fire Team and Detachment level.
You'll bring tactical and technical expertise to work on projects to improve training readiness across the Marine Corps. You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide subject matter support to the Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environment for the Marine Corps. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes related to training capabilities and readiness. You'll guide the work we do for and the solutions we deliver for training readiness across the Marine Corps. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 12+ years of experience with DoD organizations
- Experience utilizing Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environments to strengthen the combat lethality, resiliency, and readiness of Marine Corps formations
- Experience c ond ucting the Marine Corps Planning Process and facilitating exercise scenario design, and with the development of training objectives for supported units, agencies, and services
- Experience integrating and coordinating simulation and training enablers into exercises and training events to enhance and immerse training audiences into a desired operational environment
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in supported Military Occupational Spe cia lties
- Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness Manuals, and HQMC training policies , and of media type sof tware, including Adobe and Micro sof t Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to leverage and coordinate training simulation systems to meet the training requirements of the exercise audience to ensure the training readiness of the force
- Ability to integrate emerging TTPs and lessons-learned that set the foundation for enhanced warfighting skills
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience on a Division, Marine Logistics Group, Marine Aviation Wing, or Marine Expeditionary Force staff
- Experience as an instructor at the Marine Corps Tactics Operations Group, Marine Corps Logistics Operations Group, Marine Aviation Weapon s and Tactics Squadron , or MAGTF Staff Training Program
- Knowledge of global U.S. military considerations
- Knowledge of Joint Operational Fires, Logistics, Intelligence, Cyberspace, or Aviation operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College or similar Service School
