What You'll Do

• Act as a key partner and backup to the Operations Finance Manager
• Assist with month-end close, inventory valuation, and roll-forward analysis
• Maintain inventory relief processes for high-level parts and subcomponents
• Coordinate and lead quarterly physical inventory counts and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies
• Set up, update, and analyze standard costs for manufactured goods
• Build and evaluate cost structures for labor, admin, and logistics functions
• Analyze cost trends and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Stay informed on costing best practices and manufacturing finance trends
• Take on special projects and support process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and fluency with financial/ERP systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
