Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an enthusiastic specialist to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting. This role is vital in supporting students' diverse needs, ensuring they receive the therapeutic interventions necessary for their development and success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students to determine their occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress through documentation and IEP meetings.
  • Educate and support families regarding therapy processes and strategies to reinforce skills at home.
  • Maintain professional standards and stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.
