Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school environment located in Santa Ana, CA. This role is essential in providing therapeutic services that enhance students' educational experiences and developmental outcomes for the full 2025-26 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload across various school sites.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assess student needs and create tailored treatment plans to improve daily living skills and academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies and regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapy practices.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of special education processes and IEP development.
