Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Implement and supervise behavior modification programs while ensuring fidelity to ABA principles.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor student progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
