Schools - Occupational Therapist

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy License
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Knowledge of various therapy techniques and their application in schools
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student development
