Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students requiring assistance in communication and learning.
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and track progress within district standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Current SLPA (School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) certification or credential.
• Experience working with elementary and middle school-age students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and students.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying needs.
