Job Description
Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students requiring assistance in communication and learning.
- Collaborate with educators and other support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and track progress within district standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Current SLPA (School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) certification or credential.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school-age students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and students.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying needs.
