Job Description
Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across grades K-12 for the 25/26 school year. The role is based in Lowell, MA, serving multiple school buildings within a dynamic educational environment. The BCBA will work closely with students, staff, and administration to promote positive behavioral outes throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to K-12 students.
- Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and staff to effectively manage student behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and adjust behavior plans as necessary across multiple school buildings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Ability to navigate and support behavior programs in different school settings.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
