A full-time Speech Language Pathology opportunity is available for the upcoming school year in Paynesville, MN. This on-site position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, delivering specialized speech and language services to support student communication needs in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school requirements
• Participate in team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and reviews

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience or strong interest in working with a school-aged population (K-12)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
