Schools - Occupational Therapist

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Riverside, CA

Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop tailored occupational therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students daily living skills and educational outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
• Provide guidance and training to school staff on how to support students therapeutic needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of K-12 education policies and practices concerning student therapies.
