Locum Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care in Harrisonburg, VA

Join a dedicated team at a prominent Urgent Care clinic located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, specializing in both Urgent Care and Occupational Health services. This facility is focused on providing exceptional episodic care and injury treatment across various age demographics including adolescents, children, adults, and geriatrics. You'll be working autonomously with access to a supervising physician via phone, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide episodic care and injury treatment for patients of all ages.
• Work autonomously with support from a supervising physician.
• Utilize the Anthem EMR documentation system for patient records.
• Participate in ongoing coverage as needed.
• Travel to multiple sites if necessary, based on patient demands.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified (ANCC or AANP) - REQUIRED
• Active Virginia license - REQUIRED
• Current BLS certification - REQUIRED
• Local residency is a must - REQUIRED
• Availability for a minimum of 36 hours (3x12 shifts) per week, including rotating weekends - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Virginia state nursing license - REQUIRED
• BLS certification - REQUIRED
• Board Certification (ANCC or AANP) - REQUIRED
