These opportunities are inpreparation for future occurrences. We are actively recruiting Physicians tosupport emergency and disaster relief operations, including natural disasters,humanitarian crises, disease outbreaks, and mass casualty events. Physicianswill be deployed to affected regions to provide immediate medical care,stabilize patients, manage triage and trauma cases, and support overwhelmedhealthcare systems. This role requires flexibility, resilience, and acommitment to serving populations in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver urgent and acutemedical care to affected individuals in high-pressure, resource-limitedsettings.
- Triage and manage a widerange of medical conditions, including trauma, infection, dehydration, chronicdisease exacerbation, and mental health crises.
- Support public healthinitiatives and disease surveillance during outbreaks.
- Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams including nurses, paramedics, logistics personnel, andfederal or NGO partners.
- Maintain accuratedocumentation and communicate medical information efficiently under crisisconditions.
- Adhere to safety protocolsand follow local, state, and federal emergency guidelines.
- Provide leadership andmentoring to junior staff or volunteers if needed.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD/DO) froman accredited institution.
- Board Certification in theproviders respective specialty
- Active, unrestricted medicallicense in Louisiana or Arizona (multi-state or compact license preferred).
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLScertification required (PALS/NRP may be required based on deployment).
- Prior experience in disasterrelief, military medicine, urgent care, or emergency response is highlypreferred.
- Must be able to work inaustere environments with limited infrastructure.
- Willingness to deploy onshort notice and work extended hours in challenging conditions.
- Must pass federal backgroundcheck and/or obtain disaster response clearance if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FEMA, DMAT,Red Cross, or similar emergency response organizations.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Prior international orhumanitarian aid experience.
- Public health or infectiousdisease background.
