La Pista Pizzeria is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members to join our front-of-house team! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
• Guide guests through the menu and make knowledgeable recommendations
• Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and promptly
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Restaurant front of house skills: bartending
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: running food
• Speaks English
• Speaks Spanish
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
