We’re seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager with strong technical skills and leadership potential to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across complex client engagements, including Renewable Energy and Partnership Tax, with a path toward long-term growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns prepared by staff.
- Serve as a key point of contact on engagements with a concentration in renewable energy tax credits and multi-entity partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and draft well-supported technical memos for internal and external use.
- Provide strategic tax planning and credit optimization to reduce client tax burdens.
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and apply relevant changes to client strategies.
- Mentor and train staff while helping to shape internal quality standards and processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA or EA designation
- Experience in partnership and corporate tax returns
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
- Nice to have: experience with renewable fuels or energy credits
