Job Description
We are launching Events By Badge, an innovative events platform within our early-stage venture studio. As we build this venture from the ground up, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our launch team and help us establish our initial revenue streams through sponsorship sales.
This is a performance-based opportunity where you'll gain real startup experience while earning commissions for successful results.
What We're BuildingEvents By Badge is part of a broader venture studio focused on creating mission-driven, social impact solutions. We're starting with events and sponsorships because it's a direct path to revenue that allows us to fund and grow additional ventures in our portfolio. Our main portfolio project is an innovative platform for the future of education and work. We’ve spent the past 2.5 years doing R D in GenAI and have an immense amount of solutions we’ve developed plus access to over 120 different tools.
Your RolePrimary Responsibility: Appointment setting for sponsorship sales
Make outbound calls to potential event sponsors using our provided contact lists
Introduce our event opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team
Maintain organized records of your outreach and follow-ups
Compensation: 5% commission on any deals that close from meetings you schedule
We will launch with 1 event per month. $5k+ per month in commissions.
You’ll work directly with an experienced events coordinator and the co-founders.
