Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify and fix mechanical issues in a timely manner.
Repairs: Execute high-quality repairs on engines, transmissions, cooling and electrical systems, among other vehicle components.
Customer Interaction: Clearly communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues and the necessary repairs or maintenance needed, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Workshop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards at all times.
Training and Development: Engage in continuous learning about new automotive technologies and tools to stay current in the industry.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive repair or maintenance.
Certification: ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy vehicle parts and components safely.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
Flexibility: Willing to work Saturdays and adhere to a flexible schedule as needed.
