Job Description
The Associate Program Coordinator Intern will be assisting Program Managers with single value stream programs or small multi-value stream programs. The intern will become the support mechanism for all program managers to keep the flow of customer products flowing through the business. They will be supporting various tasks from customer purchase order acceptance, order entry to shipment reporting and customer activity closure. The intern derives satisfaction from working collaboratively, surmounting challenges, and exceeding expectations on all levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist the program manager to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met
· Perform project administration activities in the services management system.
· Track and report performance metrics, action items, issues and risks on a weekly basis
· Successfully execute internal program reporting requirements such as on time delivery, PO acknowledgment
· Effectively enter in customer sales orders, adjusting dates, order reporting to customers
· Position may lead to some low-touch customer account management activities such as order statuses, addressing customer questions, managing customer RMA enquiries, customer consignment updates
· Perform other duties as needed

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· High School or equivalent required
· Two years of college in a customer focused program such as project, program or account management is preferred
· A willing team player looking to be a positive contribution to a team
· Willingness to learn and provide input and recommendations toward continuous improvement
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typical data entry skills
· Strong customer satisfaction focus

Position Type/Wage
· This is a part-time on-site position at 20 hours per week
· The hourly range is $16.00-$19.00 per hour
