Job Summary
As the Bartender you will be responsible for the mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebees specifications. You may also serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner following the Applebees Service Promise Expectations:

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience with Bartending in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
