Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position that involves providing services both in-clinic and in-home for clients located in the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain LBA.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel to in-home clients.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Competitive salary: $85,000$88,000/year, based on experience
