Our team plays a vital role in helping designers bring their visions to life by ensuring that furnishings and decor are handled with care from warehouse to final install.

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable, hard-working entry-level team members to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor, attention to detail, and teamwork. Successful candidates will support our daily operations including receiving, organizing, and preparing high-end furniture and decor items, as well as assisting with white glove deliveries to residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming items for damage or discrepancies
  
  
• Help with inventory management and organizing products in the warehouse
  
  
• Prepare items for delivery, including wrapping and protecting high-value pieces
  
  
• Work on-site during deliveries and installations to place items according to client direction
  
  
• Safely load and unload trucks
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  
  
• Follow company protocols for handling designer items with precision and care
  
  
• Collaborate closely with team leads and coworkers to complete jobs efficiently
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in moving, general labor, warehouse work, or a related field preferred
  
  
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
  
  
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction
  
  
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
  
  
• Ability to adapt to different work sites and changing priorities
  
  
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
