Position: Insurance Customer Care Representative


Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on insurance policies.
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
• Educate clients on their coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred but not required.
