Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and reliable skid steer operator with a positive can-do attitude. This position will require employees to operate a skid steer safely inside the warehouse moving food grade animal feed from one position to another. Other responsibilities may include cleaning and maintenance of equipment and warehouse. Employees may also assist in prepping of containers to be loaded. Pay Based on experience and great benefits including vacation and paid holidays, health, dental, vision, and 401K. You will keep your work environment clean and tidy at all times, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Skid Steer Operator Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environments
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicating errors to relevant parties.
- Marking and labeling stock.
- Storing inventory in accessible manner.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets, when needed and if applicable
- Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack, when needed and if applicable
- Prepare containers with liners, when needed and if applicable
- Prepare flexi tanks, when needed and if applicable
Skid Steer Operator Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience operating a skid steer
- ability to maintain a good attendance
- Ability to operate a semi-truck (not required)
- Must be able to work well with others and follow directions
- Knowledge of operating Diesel trucks is a plus
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate forklift proficiently is a plus
- Strong people skills.
- Good moral character.
- able to work a 40 hour work week & overtime if possible
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
