Job Description
Medical Assistant:
Do you love eyecare and want to help people maximize their vision? Are you interested in the latest eyecare trends, ophthalmic procedures, and dry eye treatments? Then we want to talk to you.
This position is full-time with our close-knit team in our growing Rejuvenation Dry Eye Center. You will be assisting in dry eye and aesthetic procedures, advanced testing for ocular disease, and prepping patients before they see the doctors.

Medical Assistant role:
We are looking for someone to help perform procedures and testing utilizing IPL, Tixel, OCT, Visual field, and iCare tonometry.
We do offer ocular aesthetic therapies, so being to help educate patients on what options the doctor recommends is helpful.
A background in skincare or cosmetology tends to be helpful in this role.
Skill Required for Success:
- Certified medical assistant or equivalent experience
- Genuinely caring for co-workers and patients and the ability to empathize with their unique situations
- Positive energy and attitude
- The ability to work as an integral member of a highly functioning team
- A passion for learning and expanding your knowledge in all things eye care and customer service.
Some of your duties will include:
- Educating patients on proper eyelid and eye care, the best supplements to maintain eye health and wellness, and communicating in office therapies we offer to optimize their vision.
- Educating patients on their daily skin care and lash health routine
- Educating patients on post care expectations after IPL and Tixel treatments
- Cirrus OCT and Compass visual field testing.
