Tool and Die Internship
Position Overview:
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing company with a passion for precision manufacturing? Join us as a Tool and Die Shop Intern in Anoka, where you'll learn and contribute to key areas of operations, including stamping die toolmaking, tool debugging, CNC machining, and wire EDM.
Training Schedule:
Training Hours (Initial Period): Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4 days, 10 hours per day).
Post-Training: Flexible part-time schedule.
Competitive Pay: Pay based on performance and experience, ranging from $20 to $30 per hour.
What You'll Learn and Do:
Assist in metal stamping die toolmaking, gaining practical experience in precision manufacturing.
Work on tool debugging to understand the intricacies of tool performance and optimization.
Learn and operate CNC machines, including programming and setup for various tasks.
Get hands-on experience with wire EDM.
Who We're Looking For:
Students or recent graduates in relevant technical programs seeking practical experience.
Enthusiastic learners with a strong interest in tool and die making, machining, and manufacturing.
