As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.

  • Relationship Building: Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about our latest products, services, and developments.

What You'll Bring:

  • HVAC Expertise: MUST have direct experience in HVAC installation or sales. Your industry knowledge is crucial!

  • Sales Acumen: Previous experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer service, or other related fields.

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.

  • Client Focus: Proven ability to build strong rapport with clients and cultivate lasting relationships.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong and effective negotiation skills to close deals and maximize value.
