About the Role

· DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Union Grove, WI is seeking a sales-focused Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team.

· This is a client-facing role where your primary responsibility is to sell full-scope remodeling projects by guiding homeowners through the design and decision-making process.

· This position is based in our showroom with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site to understand project needs

· Create and present kitchen & bath designs using design software (2020 experience a plus)

· Present detailed proposals and lead clients through material selections

· Build strong client relationships and close remodeling projects with confidence

· Manage budgets, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and clarity

· Collaborate with the production team for a seamless handoff after the sale

· Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process

What We're Looking For

· Proven sales experience (required)

· Experience working with clients or managing a client base

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Mathematically inclined and detail-oriented

· Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple active sales

· Kitchen & bath design or remodeling experience is preferred but not required

· Familiarity with 2020 Design software is a plus
