Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Erskine, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school-based or healthcare setting, where you will help students and patients enhance their motor skills, daily living abilities, and overall independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized therapy plans for students/patients.

• Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

• Support students/patients in developing functional independence for both school and munity settings.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and goals.

• Work closely with teachers, healthcare providers, and families to track progress and ensure a coordinated approach.

• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance.

• Active COTA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred, but not required.

• Strong munication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for helping children or individuals improve their quality of life and gain independence.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
