Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Familiarity with the needs of K-12 students
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in assessment and therapy techniques for speech and language disorders
- California state licensure or eligibility to obtain one
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students needs
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
