Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled professional within a K-12 educational setting. This position is based in Hesperia, CA, and involves working across multiple school locations, providing critical support to students with diverse communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with the needs of K-12 students
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in assessment and therapy techniques for speech and language disorders
  • California state licensure or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students needs
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
