Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time position in Layton, UT, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role focuses on providing behavioral analysis and support to K-8 students, with a manageable caseload of 4-10 students, ensuring tailored interventions that meet diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs.
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in case discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and behavior modification techniques.
